Among non-iPhones currently out there, what catches your eyes?

I hope this thread won't get moved, because this IS the place to ask this because it is specifically asking iPhone user's opinions. Perhaps another useless thread, but some might enjoy it nonetheless.

Let me put it this way. If you HAD TO choose a non-iPhone, and you are getting it for free, what will you pick?

My choice would be LG's new Arena. (If I am getting two for free, my second choice would be Nokia's new N97.)

I think it would either be the Palm Pre (if it worked on AT&T's network ) or one of the new Android-based AT&T phones, whenever they come out.

EDIT: Change the Lancaster to a Samsung Galaxy i7500. I hate physical keyboards.

My current HTC Fuze has done me well in the short time I have had it. Windows Mobile 6.5 is certainly a good step to reclaiming some lost market share.

Probably something Android based. I find most mobile phone software to be pretty rubbish which knocks out LG, Nokia etc so based on my experience of their web based software I'd choose Google. Not the G1, maybe the HTC Magic (but I hated my boyfriend's old HTC so . . .)

I like the Blackberry Bold. I actually had one for a couple of days but couldn't deal with the browser. If RIM would put some effort into it and improve the browser and simplify the interface a bit it would be an amazing device.

Over the weekend I went and looked at the Palm Pre. It is much better than I had thought it would be, and I still like the iPhone better, but the Pre is certainly a nice phone. If I couldn't have an iPhone for some reason, then I would probably get a Pre.

Either the Nano, or the Pope Phone.

I would definately say Nokia N97 as i like qwerty keyboards that slide out! I got the LG KS360 for my 2 Sister in laws, if it wasnt for my love of iPhone, i think i would have that phone also!

I had a quick play with a HTC Magic this morning, it's a very nice phone indeed, surprisingly light as well, but then so is the BB Bold compared to the iPhone.
