amr to mp3 converter

Im looking for a freeware app that converts amr (cell phone soundrecorded) files to mp3 files! What might do the job for me?

the other way around

hello,
i am trying to send a voicemail to a blackberry and i have no idea what to do. i created an mp3 with garageband and want to convert it to amr. is there any other way to create an audiofile with the built in microphone and save it as an amr. that ould be great. any ideas?
