An Android Note application that synchs with a Mac?

Can anyone recommend a basic note taking application that will synch with a Mac? I'm currently sending myself emails all the time to type random notes, though I'd like something like the Notes app on iOS that synchs with a Mac.

    Thanks.

+1 for Evernote, covers all the major platforms so you'll be able to access it anywhere. (Have it on my iPhone, iPad, Nexus 7 and MacBook Pro)

It also has a decent website that you can access from any browser.

I use MobisleNotes. It's web based for the Mac but has a really beautiful Android app.

Evernote is full featured and has both Android & iOS apps.

In addition there's a desktop app for the Mac & Windows platforms. It's free, syncs fast & reliably.

Then another choice is Catch. It's bit simpler, using hashtags is great if you like them. Also syncs for free.
