I think so that we can't get the update for the touch before next christmas that everyone who keeps clicking the update button needs to take a break for like 30min and stop overloading the poor servers.

Well the clicking would stop once we get the update, so if Apple is smart they will release the update ASAP or their whole iTunes Music Store might crash...

If they got some brains for a second and stopped to think they would pull all pages with links to the download and remove it from the xml. This would give them the time to fix the servers without having all those millions of clicks

No they haven't pulled them. I still have access to all of them.

Ha ha that's very possible. This is really driving me up a wall i'm so ready for them to release the dang thing already. I know they're having issues and all but still honestly there are hundreds of ways to put stuff back into a server even if tons of people are accessing it.
