iPhone An idiots guide to jail breaking

Thought it'd be nice to have pretty much an idiots guide to the tweaks and stuff that are "essential" with a jailbroken phone.

I've not jailbroken since ios4 on my 3GS so I'm a bit rusty looking for stuff apart from bitesms and sbsettings.

What are the other essentials?
