Can somebody please explain step by step an idiots guide to doing a clean install of yosemite.
I have a 24" 2008 mac with a 3.06 intel cor 2 duo with 4GB ram which I have had from new. It started running like a dog after I installed Mavericks and I've had issues with it since then.
I have loaded yosemite which seems to have made it run a lot better. Think a clean install will get rid of all the crap and make run even better.
Not knowing much about computing would be grateful for a an idiots guide🙂
