Other An Interruption Occured- when Placing Order

So I'm on the Apple Upgrade Program and I tapped Place order and it kept saying order interrupted. I was unable to buy using Apple Upgrade.

II just purchased full price.
did that happen to others or was I just lucky?

My phone order went through perfect but then I went back to buy a screen protector and kept getting the same message your getting.

Yeah, same here. Most likely just due to the current heavy load on their website.

I got the same message, I kept pressing the OK button then immediately pressed the “Continue” button and would get the “Interruption“ message again. I just kept this up and eventually I got a message that the order was placed. Trade in and all.

I finally gave up on the app, it would not go through. The pre-order page finally loaded on my iMac around 8:11am, got the order in.

Little maddening, I did NOT want the ship date to drop to..who knows when. Glad it's done 😀🙄

yes - I got this same exact error. what a shame-- this was the most buggy process in a a year. probably caused a lot of people problems

Conversely, this was the fastest, easiest pre-order ever for me, and I've been doing it every year since it's been offered. I'm usually in the "Why isn't the store up yet?" group and I was in and done by 1 minute after the hour this time. Hit or miss for sure.
