Noticed this last night, and really have no explanation for it.
Wife received her watch yesterday afternoon; opened it up, connected charger cable and immediately paired it to her phone.
Did the setup, the left it alone to finish up. Came back some time later, and using the watch app on her phone, was going over the options with her.
Under General-About, the watch was named after me instead of her.
The iPhone has her name instead of mine. I would have assumed the watch drew the name from the phone that it is paired with. Does Apple pre-name these watches after the buyer? I purchased it as a gift for her; even added a gift message and had the watch sent to her instead of myself. I cannot figure out how the watch was named after me after the initial setup when it was paired to her phone. Easy enough to correct, but just an oddity.
Anyone else see something similar?
