Andar camel leather for 14 pro

Just got this in a bit ago. Very similar if not the same color as as Apple’s saddle brown. Gorgeous case! The smell of the full grain leather is very strong. Cutouts are perfect with a decent lip all around. Volume buttons feel very tactile but the home button requires a bit of extra force; not a deal breaker at all. Contrast with the purple and the camel is so nice, prob nicer than with the umber. IMO the best full grain leather case money can buy.

Do we know where the cases are made? Their website talks about being based in and shipping out of Arizona, which is usually code for ‘made somewhere else, probably China.’ Not necessarily a dealbreaker–the phone is made in China, after all—but I am curious.

Just an fyi I know a lot of people say the navy from andar is like a green-blue instead of pure navy

Just recieved the Andar case today...much happier with it as compared with the Nomad Horween leather case which I bought earlier.
The Andar case, looks and feels better with the leather grains as opposed to the Nomad which is kinda flattish/smooth and at certain angles look like it is a thin sheet of leather glued on. Was honestly quite disappointed with the Nomad after all the hype on youtube.
In terms of weight, the Andar is about 32grams Vs Nomad at about 35grams...

Nomad is excellent as it ages. It doesn’t look very nice when new. Give it couple of weeks/months and you’re going to love it. Not sure about Andar, I didn’t have it so cannot compare.

Personally I don’t like the black plastic all around the front mixed with the leather on the back on the nomads.

Now I’m patently waiting for the navy Andar to restock so I can use my $5 discount

I always liked the look of Bullstrap cases, but the open bottom makes it a non-starter. I’ll be buying the navy Andar as soon as it’s in stock. For now, I’m using the ink Apple leather case.
