iPhone Android app on iphone?

I was wondering if there was a way to run an android app on a iphone.

Reason for me asking is there is a engine management system that has a Bluetooth connect for data logging. They only offer their software for android.

Ask the particular dev if he has an iphone version of the app or if he plans on porting it to iOS in the future.
