Here is another one read about and downloaded. It is called Swapps. A swipe from the left edge of the screen activates the app drawer. Very convenient way to get to the app drawer from anywhere.

Blacklist Pro

This is a very nice way to block unwanted calls and text messages.

On my iPhone, I have used it for years and purchased it for every iPhone I ever had. It was available by jailbreaking and buying it through Cydia.

Now on my Android, I purchased it again. Not sure if it is from the same developer as Blacklist but it has the same basic functionality.

I have mine setup to hang up on the caller. Basically it sounds to the caller as if the number they are calling is disconnected or just doesn't work.

You will need another phone to call your phone that you are running this on so that you can test out the settings. One setting sends the call straight to voicemail.

A pretty sweet flashcard app that can use text/images.

A package tracker. I personally used to use Parcels, but it's not been updated in a long while now.

DashClock is pretty awesome if you want immediate notifications on your lock screen like iOS. Personally, I don't like the clutter and don't mind pulling my notification panel down from the top, but it's a great app and looks good doing it, too.

Unity launcher, allows you a Ubuntu like app launcher on the side of your screen. By dragging your finger from the edge inwards like Ubuntu phone. Doesn't replace your current launcher, it works in conjunction with it. There's a free and paid version. The paid version allows you customisation options like colours etc.

Anyone have a decent recommendation for a calendar app (i love fantastical on iOS) and a nice clock app (that contains world clock + alarms + other functions in a nicer UI than stock app on nexus 4).

Also any nice reminder apps?

THanks.

As a contribution, i just got moon reader+ pro version and i am so happy. I used ezPDF before which was very good, but moonreader seems like a better copy of goodreader on iOS. Great reading app.
