Awesome Android app called Cardiotrainer... I'm hoping there is an equivalent on iphone...? Thanks
um explain what it does and maybe we can point it out
Cardiotrainer uses the GPS in the phone to track the exact path (overlayed on Google Maps) that you jogged, biked, etc.. It shows your speed, avg speed, how long you jogged/biked, and a bunch of other stats... It even posts it to facebook when you're done with your workout (but I don't really care about that). It also tells you approximately how many calories burned based off distance, speed, etc...
I use Runkeeper.
Im on Android and I switched from cardiotrainer to runkeeper. Its definitely a great App.
I use MotionX-gps
Not a freebie, but it's a great little app.
You could try "runtastic", but I don't know if it's available in other country stores (I use Austrian store)...
