A few days ago I discovered Android File Transfer installed in my Launchpad. I am, to say the least, very particular about anything that gets installed on the MacPro (2013). The only programs on the computer, other than made by Apple, are PS, LR and Wacom (track pad). I don't have any Apps, Flash, or 3rd party add-ons. I only use Safari and I'm currently running 10.10.5.

I've successfully uninstalled the program and then installed and ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, per an Apple Tech's instructions. No malware found.

Any ideas on how this got installed on the computer?

PS - If I posted this in the wrong location, please feel free to move.

Thank you,

Very likely it's the Wacom driver. It's been known to do that in the past...
