The title says it all. My late 2011 MBP 13 NOW tells me to plug in the USB cord to my Android device ... when it IS plugged in and the phone is showing USB mode.

Until I updated to Mavericks on Day 1, there was no problem accessing the phone's files.

Any idea how or who does an update to this app? Is it in the App Store or ?????

I'm really worried about this as I use the Android phone for photographs that need to be taken off the drive and stored in my MBP.

PS - If my iPhone 5 had a larger screen, I'd still be a total iDevice user with my MBP and iPad.

What about this?

Sometimes I have to open DriveDroid and change again the USB mode while connected. It seems to happen with HTC One models. I don't know if this is your case, but you could try.

I have a Galaxy Note 2, and it works fine with Android File Transfer on OS X Mavericks. Perhaps it's a settings issue on your phone?
