This is my review of the iphone 8 coming from using using android entirely since the creation of the first droid. A little about my apple history. My first computer was the first imac. I hated it, and apple. while my friends were all on aol 8.0 i was stuck on 4.0. It seemed like every computer game i wanted didnt work on my imac. This completely put me off apple. Although later on i did get the iphone color which was great for the bus ride to school.

Now on to the iphone 8. The worlds toughest glass survived 2 days before getting a slight crack from falling onto the tile from my recliner. However aside from that I must say that ios and the iphone 8 is actually pretty great. Im actually really happy with it and it has great battery life. The screen isnt amazing but its decent enough for my use. using siri when the phone is locked is great. One thing that sucks is that i cant add chromecast to the control panel. All my tvs have chromecast and its a little annoying to have to go into the app to pause/ go to next episode. Would be nice to get a running notification when im streaming something. Also is it normal to feel vibrations when the audio is going? It seems like something that would be expected but i never had that on my galaxys. Anyways after a week im really happy i decided to make the jump over. I have ordered a leather case. You guys dont understand how lucky you are. With there being so many android devices its tough to find a case you really like thats also available for your phone.

Thanks for the review. I have dabbled from android to iOS and windows mobile. So I do understand where you coming from case wise. However I always end up with iOS and iPhone.

Feeling the vibration from the audio is from the stereo speakers! Great phone

Especially at higher volumes, the sound resonates through the aluminum chassis, which is the same with the iPad with the volume turned up with the quad speakers.
