Android phone with Mac OSX?

Hi, coming from a iPhone/Mac user, would consider the possibility of Android/Mac, whats the biggest pros/cons of it?

I just love the iCloud syncing with reminders, notes/etc, if I change to an android, how are those coping with android devices?

Switch to the Android/Google versions of all the things you mentioned.
