Hi All,

I've created an animated gif in imageready and its in full colour, although when saved as optimized to create the gif it outputs a lesser quality image only using blue and white colours, any ideas?

Thanks, Tek

Hi,

Is it possible the number of colours in the optimised file is too few? Try increasing the number of colours/decreasing the compression.

You need to set the numbers of colours and the other optimized settings from the Optimize Window. 🙂

Use the 2-Up view, along with the Optimize window, to tweak your gif.

To make the optimized file smaller: Reduce size or number of colours and increase Web Snap (or use the Restrictive colour Reduction), for starters...
