Animated Photos on Apple Watch

I know that you can get "Live Photos" on your Apple Watch and can set them as the background of the Photo Watch face.

What I want to know, is how can i set this up without owning an iPhone 6s. I have no access to "Live Photos", but I want to either create an animated gif or create an appropriate movie file that can be set on the Watch like a "Live Photo".

Does anyone know how to do this?

Find a friend with a 6s and have him/her send you a Live Photo.

yes, I think MR. Time is one of them. It's free, works fine, loads of options, but it's a bit slow.
I tend to make my own Live Photo
