Hey,

imagine the following situation: I receive an email from a client with lots of text in it. Not in a PDF but directly in the email. What would be the quickest way/app to copy the text over to make notes and markups with the apple pencil? I thried my go to app Goodnotes, but the implementation of pasting big text chunks sucks, because it doesnt break it down to multiple Pages, but the text is just cut off on the button of the page.
Is there a better app for this?

Gosh I hope Apple implements more Apple Pencil features like this directly into their own apps, like allowing the notes app to draw freely on the paper and not in a sandboxed image inside the note..

Have you tried Apple's built-in Notes app (either directly copying things over or perhaps using the Share Sheet and sending it over that way)?

I don't think there is a Share sheet available in the Mail app. There isn't in the Outlook app I use.

You could use an app like Airmail which lets you export the email as a PDF. Export it to a PDF app like PDF expert, then annotate on it with your Apple Pencil. Then return to sender?
