iPad Annotate PDF and see annotation on multiple platforms

Hi,

I want to annotate a PDF on my iPad, store it on Google Drive or other cloud service, and see and alter these annotations on any of my other devices (Mac, Windows, etc.). How can I do this?

I use Dropbox instead of Google Drive. I set up a synced Dropbox folder on GoodReader, annotate with GoodReader, run a manual sync and my changes show up on the synced Dropbox folder on my Windows PC (viewed with Adobe Acrobat).

Not sure but I believe GoodReader supports Google Drive as well.

From PDF Expert you can use several cloud services (Dropbox, Drive etc.). Your annotations will therefore sync with all your devices in any platform

Not sure but I believe GoodReader supports Google Drive as well.

Is it bi-directional? That is, if you annotate (underline, highlight, etc.) with GoodReader the annotations show up in Acrobat on the PC. And if you make annotations in Acrobat on the PC they show up back on the Mac.

Doesn't look it works on Windows in addition to Apple platforms (Mac/iPads). I wish it would since I purchase PDF Expert for my iPad.

You don't need it to work on Windows. As long a use Dropbox or another cloud service it will be bi-derectional.
I don't recommend using Acrobat on Windows, at least not if you use a stylus, but do you plan to use a stylus on Windows? If you do I highly recommend Drawboard PDF, the best Windows app for annotating PDFs with a stylus

I am not sure I whether I would use a stylus with a Windows device. But I need to be able to view all the highlights, comments, etc. I make with the iPad and add additional text annotations in Windows.

If it's just viewing (or add comments with a keyboard) Acrobat is enough. If you want to edit your annotation (with a stylus), that's where Drawboard is the best Windows app. It works in both directions.
