hey guys, i was just wondering what software i can use to add notes on top of .pdf files? what do you guys recommend? can i do it within Preview or Adobe?

how can it be done in preview? i'd rather do it in Adobe as Adobe is cross-platform. is it good in Adobe?

Preview is the best

To be honest, I have used many applications but Preview is the best for some reasons:
1- Signature, you can add your signature or company stamp easily to preview and use them always to sign papers
2- When annotating with preview, it is compatible with all other platforms. I opened the file in many other softwares and it is no problem
3- All the basic annotating options are there in preview

ok i'm install Adobe Reader now. the only thing i'm worried about is if i'll be able to edit the annotations on a Windows machine or is not compatible?
