Annoying ad

I've been noticing a rather unusual and annoying pop over ad which seems to display itself on both the homepage and forums. This is especially annoying when trying to read articles and participate in discussions.



The ad in question is the toshiba one on the bottom.

Totally agree... This ad moves right along with the scrolling on my ipad Air.
