Thats the link, it runs on the front page sometimes. When you click on the yellow part (which is normally the macrumors page) it does an annoying thing over top.

Thanks, trainguy77. We do our best to remove annoying ads from the rotation provided by our ad service.

The Site and Forum Feedback forum is still the appropriate place to report them. As it says in the FAQ:

If you find a particular ad especially annoying (e.g., an ad that is oversized or has sound), let us know by posting a screenshot of it in our Site and Forum Feedback forum. If you can also tell us the URL it links to, that can help. Using this information, we can ask to have it removed from the ad pool.​
