I am using iPhone XS Max 12.4 with latest unc0ver jailbreak. Suddenly my cell size has become very large system wide while I didn’t install any tweak for it. It’s very annoying when display is standard and font size is also small.

Any idea how can I fix it or is there any tweak to reduce cell size ?

Cell size (?)
Do you mean the size of your icons?
You could try resetting the icon size in the Displays & Brightness.
Change Zoom to Zoom, which will force a reboot, then change it back to Normal.

I guess it is just me, but your attempt at explaining your screen shots doesn't help anything.
What part of those screen shots show what you refer to as "table cells", and how are those cells too large?
I just don't see what you may be thinking is obvious. I assume that you see something, but I do not.
(Those elements/icons are exactly the same relative size as those on my non-JB iPhone... )
(Admitting my ignorance about all things jail break) I'm guessing that is a JB characteristic?

The "Zoom" setting forces you to reboot when you change that setting. Is that one that you already tried?

Check the height of each menu item. Font size is ok but height of each menu item has become very high.
