General Annoying iOS 8.1.2 bug with music playback.

Anyone has this? The music will be very soft until I scroll it to make the volume back to "normal"

I use iOS 8.4 beta 3 and there is no such issue.

Maybe he wants to keep the jailbreak state.

Perhaps the best bet is to try using third party apps. However, this might not help.

Since iOS 8.4 is not officially launched yet, no jailbreak team will release their tools for jailbreak.

Asking for apple help, the only extremely likely answer is "updating your software".

Really hard choice, yes. I am not a jailbreak user. So I am afraid I cannot give you much help. 🙁
