Everyday for the past few weeks or so the software update has been popping up saying that I need to install "Macbook Pro EFI Firmware Update 1.5.1" But the problem is I have already installed it, even more then once and it keeps coming back. How do I get this removed from appearing anymore in the updates?

You sure you definitely installed it right?

It is a different procedure to normal updates.

Did you open /Applications/Utilities/MacBook Pro EFI Firmware Update.app? If you haven't, that would explain why it keeps asking you to install it.
