Anonymous text service required

I need a website that can reliably send an anonymous text message. It has to support sending a text to New Zealand.

A web search just brings up pages and pages of links that frankly look like advertising so I don't feel comfortable about their reliability.

I'm willing to pay a small one off fee for the service. It would be even better if the recipient could message me back.
