Another adc student question

My student adc membership is still pending. Most people i've heard from say that it takes a couple of hours to be approved. I also sent all of my info to the fax number provided. I did it all over the weekend and i refaxed everything today just incase they didn't recieve it. I'm going to school for computer science so i know it's not because they're not accepting me. They also sent out my first package already.

does anyone know if it usually takes longer and why have they sent me out my first package if my account is still pending? my account doesn't have access to the adc store but i have the link so this confirms that it's still pending.
