I had an apple id for several years. My wife and I both used it. We split and she got the apple id in the divorce.
I created a new id and redowloaded with it (including re-purchasing several apps and music). Sometime in the interim, my windows comp died. I bought a mac mini this year and the only apple id it has ever "seen" is my new one. I'm getting update alerts and it says I need to put in the password for the old id?
One app in particular is Pages. I understand the download was linked to old id so I deleted and re-purchased it under my new id. Now I get update alerts, but not for the new id, only the old one.
I can't find anyplace on the mini with the old id. Itunes only has new (as far as I can tell), only one account in users (system preferences).
I'm still relativley new to apple so am I missing a setting somewhere?
