iPod Another artwork question!

Ok, folks, I've ussse dhow to get the artwork onto iTunes info about my albums, but how will it work for the iPod itself?

If I update all my albums with artwork on iTunes, will a straight-forward sync update the iPod, or will I have to clear the iPod list and re-apply everything that's on itunes?

Straightforward sync, I think. That should just add the artwork to the iPod.

One query, however, when I rip tracks/albums in windows media player, in explorer it shows the album with a pic in the corner of the album artwork. It's a bit frustrating that I have ot go through everyone and search on amazon for a thumbnail for iTunes to use.

Not really a query, that, more a whinge!
