iPod Another iPod Nano 3G question

When the music is playing and the status screen that displays ONLY the time, Pause/Play and the battery meter, is anyone else's battery totally off? Mine will display less than half on the status screen, then when i go to choose another song, the green battery at the top right will display full.

Yeah I ve noticed this too, doesnt really bother me, I go by the green battery meter (not the status one).

Neither of the battery indicators are to be trusted. They're probably both wrong.
