Another Mac newb question

I have been a PC user for years and will probably be a PC user in the future. That being said, a few months ago I bought an iPhone and now I am itching for a Mac. I want to use it as an iTunes center and graphics creation, possible media center, word processing (aspiring writer) etc. I do some computer games which I will keep in my PC world. I am leaning towards either a white macbook or a 20" iMac. I have ruled out the mac mini, because I can basically get a white macbook for the price of an upgraded mac mini. Just wanted peoples' opinions on preference between the two.

If you need a laptop, get a macbook.

If you are fine with a desktop, then iMac.

You won't be a PC user in the future when you buy a Mac. Yes, they're that good.
