Another "not waking up from sleep"????

Hi,

My MBP C2D was sleeping.I raised the lid, MBP woke up and I was ready to type the password and log in. But - once I started to type my pass - beachball for around a minute and MBP wen back to sleep. So - I woke it up and the same - beachball and MBP going back to sleep.
I did the "hard" restart and logged in without problems.

What shall I do if it happen again? Should I reset SMC/pram? Or maybe something else?
