So as some of you know, I've been contemplating the macbook pro for quite some time. After having iMac and macbook horror stories of my own, I was almost expecting to get a dud this time. Well, I booted it up at the genius bar and found no problems whatsoever. If my screen is yellow, I certainly don't notice anything, even from sharp angles. Such a beautiful machine...more to come soon. No dead pixels, no yellow, superdrive works, wifi works, etc. It's funny how my 12" Inspiron 700m has almost identical dimensions to the mbp except the mbp is a bit wider and way, way thinner! Time to do software updates! Pics to come...
