Now I didn't have iCloud photo library enabled in any way, when I got Photos on my Mac on the day it got released, I enabled Photo Library which took a couple days or so to activate and get all my Photos on it,

Just started to do my iPhone and it started at 1,290 to upload and the last 2 hours it has just stayed on the same number, I appreciate it takes a long while as my upload limit is 1MB but it definitely didn't go as slow as this...
I take my phone to work with me on a night but have no wi-fi there so will it just suspend when I'm on cellular and pick right back up when I get home in morning?
