I know what the answers will be to this question will be but please hear me out. My wife has been made redundant and the company was forced to close as the boss engineered his own payoff by not getting new orders for them. When he got his payoff, he sent his company iPhone back and the carrier contract was terminated. By the time everyone else finished, the phone was discovered in a drawer on the last day and was given to my wife for one of the kids. What the ex-boss didn't do was deactivate the phone from his Apple account so it's totally useless as he is not contactable anymore. My question is:- Can the phone be totally reset and wiped or not?
