So i'm in the camp of my wife being eligible for full discount (primary line) and me not being eligble until 2/23/2010 and early pricing in November. I'm going to pay full price for mine, but my question is, if anyone knows, is will i be able to preorder with the no committment price? Reading the threads and AT&T doc it says one phone per eligible line. Am I not eligible because I want to pay full price? I was planning on preordering with apple and putting both lines in the shopping cart before paying.
My only other thought it to open a new line as mentioned here and one quick question about that. Can I go to AT&T today, open a new line w/out buying a phone and then use that line's upgrade to preorder? Thanks in advance and I apologize if this has been posted, I've looked but haven't seen any specifics.
