With all due respect (and not just to flame someone), I have to say you seem like a scammer to me. I think it's reasonable for Apple to have the opportunity to fix your computer before you get a replacement.
As for Apple "quality control", try taking better care of your stuff. In your first post you noted that you had various chips and cracks in the MB. Take better care of your stuff and maybe it will take better care of you.
It's clear to me from your posts that you simply want your 2-3 year old MacBook replaced with the latest one, for free.
I hope Apple sticks to their guns on this. You appear to be abusing the system. If you want a new computer, save up and purchase one. Otherwise, enjoy your 2006 MB once it gets fixed.

Apparently because it hasn't been repaired before they won't do anything. I have to get it repaired a few times then they'll upgrade me. My luck says I will get a new one.
