Another Sleeve Question

I'm having trouble finding exactly what I want in a sleeve and was hoping y'all could help me out.

Here's my ideal attribute list:

1. fits over the smart cover (mine's green, so no clashing )
2. no zipper closure (no closure at all would be fine if it were snug enough)
3. no handles
4. small outer pocket for charger/headphones/stylus
5. relatively sleek/modern looking

Suggestions welcome.

Colcasac fits all of your requirements except the modern one. I have one and also have a green smart cover and it looks great. Fits great too. Outer pocket fits my stylus, a microfiber cloth and the charger.

Targus leather cover (for ipad 1) on sale at best buy. Fits v2 with smart cover, magnetic latch, no handles (ergo, no man purse issues) and the dark brown of the cover should go well with green.

Unfortunately they're a little, um... earthy... for my taste. Thanks for the quick response, though! If they had one that wasn't so squishy, I'd be all over it.
