Hopefully, tomorrow we will see a decent discount on the iPad Air 2.
If Best Buy / Target / Staples, etc. have another sale at $350, I'll be buying one. I picked up a cellular model a few weeks ago, but my wife has stealthily taken over the device.....
Didn't see any new advertisements. With Black Friday approaching, one of the retailers will blink and try to get sales early. Hoping for a $350 16gb again.
I got an iPad Air 2 Wi-fi 64 gb yesterday at Target. Reg 599, price matched to Best Buy's $75 off sale this week = 524.99, 10% off Cartwheel deal this week = 472.49, 5% off Red Card = 448.87 before tax. Not too shabby!
Idk where you are located, by my Best Buy website is showing only $50.00 off the iPad Air 2's.
You're right! It was 50 off the 16 gb, and 75 off the 64 gb and cellulars. Now it appears to be 50 off the 16 AND 64, and 100 off the 128 gb. My how fast the prices change!

Any thoughts on how this deal compares to what we might see in the coming weeks? I remember the $140 GC sale last year. This one would come up to $130 off and I wouldn't end up with a GC, which is preferable IMO.

$420 is not a super deal for the iPad Air 2. It's a great, capable littl tablet...but it's still over a year old. The Staples deal referenced in the title involved these iPads for $349.
Some internet sites have said they expect the iPad Air 2 to sell as low as $300 during the Black Friday sales.
I would be shocked if that came to pass... be able to walk into a store on BF with $300 cash in hand (plus tax) and walk out with an Air 2. Most likely it will be $50 off and $100-$150 in a store gift card. (which is what some stores did last year)
Staples has the iPad Air 2 for 100 off the 16gb and over 100 off the 64gb
If you get target to price match and use the cartwheel coupon for 10% off iPads, you are ridiculously close to the 350 mark.

I just purchased two iPad's today. I went to best buy and used ApplePay/Discovercard for 10% cashback on top of the price match with staples. I also got some some best buy rewards money, so overall I am very happy with the deal
