I guess they took steve's suggestion that eminem come out with a bandaid for the corner! 😉😛
 
Ugh. The whole issue was a mountain out of a mole hill. Still can't believe it blew up like it did, but when you're on top, people want to take you down.

With that being said, I can almost see these catching on with a certain segment of Iphone users. They are kind of "cute" which will be a hit with girls, younger people etc

Dude, that defeats the point! Note that it says for entertainment purposes, results may vary. They look like band-aids, and in varying colors, for laughs not to "blend".

Steve thought Eminem was the most relevant star that speaks to the "kids" in order to start a trend but yeah you're right Nelly had a thing for band-aids.

Okay I just found Steve's quote on the subject. I still don't get why he mentioned Eminem and not Nelly. Am I confused, or is Steve confused as to who Eminem is?
 
Yeah, I still don't remember any mention of Eminem. Was it during the Q&A part of the press conference?

Edit: I see someone mentioned it was during the keynote??

How funny is this? Suddenly the previously elegant, yet marginal iPhone 4 has become the butt of late night shows, and now this. Slap a bandage on it, and presto it almost works as well as the dumb phones without a bandage... ha... ha... ha

This iPhone will always be synonymous with the antenna issue, just the way it will be. And when the redesigned one comes out with the antenna back on the inside like it should be, everyone will talk about antennagate again and the first thing they will do is test the new model to see if it has the same issue.
