Anti-Virus Protection for Mac?

Before people start saying Mac's don't get viruses etc, I just want to be sure that my Mac is protected from Viruse, Malware and other nasty things that can be picked up on the net.

Do you have anti-virus on your Mac?

Which ones would you recommend? (Preferably free anti-virus)
