Anti-virus recommendations

I've just gone ahead and installed Windows on my Mac. I am going to use this Mac solely for work, i.e. 99% of the time I will run Windows on it (either via Boot Camp or Parallels 6).

I have not used a Windows machine in such a long time that I forgot that I needed anti-virus protection. I just bought Intego Virusbarrier X6 Dual off of Apple.com. I have not installed it yet and was wondering if there is something better out there? I'm looking for something that is light and will not clog up my systems and/or hog all of my system resources.
