Well, ordered and have one on the way from UPS today, Verizon 32Gb....but since I changed my mind and wanted to stay ATT to keep my unlimited, I lined up and already got an AT&T one.

Going to get what usually would be an exciting delivery from UPS today, and have to send it right back.

Anyone know if I can just have the UPS guy return it?? Tell him I want it returned to the return address?

I guess you could refuse delivery but I think it would be way easier to take it and walk it into Apple today.

    Refuse Shipment

For Verizon, you just need to tell the delivery person that you refuse shipment. This will automatically send it back to Verizon, who will process it as a cancelled order once it arrives.

I had to do this a few weeks back, when I decided to cancel a 4s and wait for the 5. I had called to confirm that this was the proper procedure.

    Misinformation!

And yes you can refuse delivery on anything, and they will return to sender or you can call the shipping carrier.
