Hello,

Just got my Pro Display XDR.
Does Apple have a built in 6K pixel test like Samsung or Dell?
Thanks!

There's a command:
Code:
/System/Library/Extensions/AppleGraphicsControl.kext/Contents/MacOS/DisplayDiagnose -a
Which gets a bunch of sensor readings for the 512 LEDs and some other info.

Took me over 10 minutes scanning the data dump. Where did you find this? Awesome information!

I noticed that the kext contained that new command DisplayDiagnose next to the AGDCDiagnose command that I've used before (reads EDIDs, shows DisplayPort connections and info: lanes, link rate, DSC, HDCP, etc). I tried DisplayDiagnose and it didn't do anything for me. I looked inside and saw that it mentioned XDR stuff so I assumed it was only for XDR (I don't have an XDR). Someone else confirmed that it works for the XDR display and showed the output.
