Any alternatives to nifty mini drive for mbpr 13?

Hi!

I was just wondering if any of you could recommend a cheaper alternative to nifty minidrive which fits the retina 13.

On ebay there´s different cheaper versions of nifty minidrive but they don't work with the retina 13. (Needs to be smaller than for air, retina 15 etc.) I could only find one that fits with the retina 13 and thats the nifty mini drive which is quiet expensive, (its just an adapter!)

Guess the others will work but they will probably stick out so it will be easy to break.

IMHO the Nifty adapter itself doesn't cost that much, it's the MicroSD that will set you back for some amount, depending on the size.
PS The base nifty (35€ list price) comes with a 2GB MicroSD which serves just evaluation purpose at best.
PPS these guys sell a full SD card, not just adapter (like Nifty does):

I looked into those options a while ago and think I read something along the lines that the 13" macbook pro retina can use max. 64GB in the SD slot .. is this still true? which model (minidrive) or whatever could I use to max out at 128? is that possible or limited by the internal structure of the mac?

Really, don't bother with something that's flush. Leaving the SD card in there all the time means that the laptop will never enter deep sleep, and your standby time will suffer.
