Can anyone recommend any anti-RSI applications for OSX?
You know, the type that pops up on screen every now and then and takes you through some stretching exercises?
My Windows friends have the wonderful RSI Warrior which does this exactly:
http://www.rsiwarrior.com/
Sadly I can't find an equivalent for OSX.
The only apps I can find are AntiRSI and Time Out, but they only tell you to take a break, they don't take you through any exercises.
Any ideas? There's three of us in this office with sore wrists - help please!
(I've searched for other threads on this topic and couldn't find anything apart from endless discussions of which mouse is best for RSI)
Many thanks
