iPad Any app for assignments data entry ?

Hi.. Im a photographer and clients book me ahead of time with some advance payment and send me their details.

I would like to use an app, where I can enter the client details , enter whole of their plans and schedule and then enter their advance payment amount.

Let me know, if there is such an app.

Seems like google docs, or even numbers would do that just fine.

That I know. Even I can use notes ,but I'm looking for a fully featured dedicated app .

A quick google search turns up Formconnect. Never tried it personally though.
