...instead of the upper left hand corner?

I know home screen designer can help bring the icons lower on the screen, but just wondering if there was something more specific to what I'm referring. The big 6+ makes it difficult to reach icons up high. Thanks in advance.

Yeah thanks Boon, I mentioned that in my original post. Still not exactly what I'm looking for. Anyhow, are you on a 6+? If so, what's that look like rotated?

Sorry missed your op. I hardly use landscape so I didn't edit the landscape option so it looks like normal. Hopefully gridlock gets updated soon.

Gridlock! Just checked out a video of it on YouTube. Would work perfectly when it's updated. Thanks mang.

IF it's updated. Was never updated for 7.1.2. Definitely miss that one. Hopefully they are going to update it

Why isn't HSD what you are looking for? I'm pretty sure it will do exactly what you are looking to do. Just make sure you number the icons backwards from the bottom up, and then it will occupy them in that order. Some people don't realize that the numbering can be critical when setting up your layout.

Ahhh, that I didn't realize either! Thanks for the explanation, most appreciated.

Gridlock might not get updated, there is a similar app called Anchor that should be coming and does the same thing

I saw that, H-berg, when searching for Gridlock. I'm looking forward to its release. Looks easier to setup than Homescreen designer.

agreed, homescreen designer looks good if you have a plan of what setup you want, I like somethign like Gridlock where you can customize as you think of what you want

Gridlock was great but you still couldn't do things like make a circle of icons or any crazy shape like you can with hsd. I didn't like the program for a few days but now I'm used to it I love it and won't need Anchor or the long dead Gridlock.

oh agreed if you want to get real creative and have icons placed outside of the normal grid you need something like HSD

Hi! I'm looking for an app that makes it possible to order the apps on my iPhone 6s from the bottom up. I'd prefer to keep space open at the top, so I would only use the bottom half to organize my apps. Easier for my thumb. I can't find Homescreen Designer, Anchor or Gridlock in the appstore. Do you know if there's anything new?

Anchor is the only tweak under iOS 9 that is specific to this use case. There may be other tweaks that do this as one part of other things they do, but this is all Anchor does.

It should be on Cydia. If it's not you don't have the BigBoss repo (it's on there). You'll need to add it.

As far as spacing of icons you may want to look into FolderEnhancer and Springtomize.

Wow amazing to see a post I made 3 years ago brought back from the dead. Funny thing is I have absolutely no recollection of having made it. Must have killed those brain cells. Oh well, time to pour another.
