any apps to stress computer for testing purposes?

can anyone recommend any apps that will stress the computer (mac pro) for video, memory and the such?

or any good benchmarking apps or programs?

just got new video card and wanted to stress it a bit to see what it can handle, and want to stress the memory as well to see the limitations.
